Our mission is to democratize access to luxury real estate by merging the power of blockchain technology with tangible, high-value properties located in some of the world’s most exclusive destinations.
Through tokenization, Eden RWA enables anyone to become a fractional owner of exceptional villas in the French Caribbean — including St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, Guadeloupe, and Martinique.
The Eden RWA ecosystem is built around two complementary tokens:
$EDEN — Utility Token
The $EDEN token is the economic engine of the Eden RWA ecosystem.
It does not represent direct ownership of any property, but offers exclusive benefits and a real economic link to the platform’s performance:
- Early access to new tokenized property sales
- Reduced fees on platform transactions and secondary market operations
- Governance rights on strategic decisions (destinations, property types, integrations, etc.)
- USDC dividends, distributed from the rental income of real estate assets acquired through the presale
50% of the $EDEN presale proceeds will be allocated to the acquisition of high-yield real estate properties, creating a solid and transparent foundation for sustainable returns.
$EDEN combines utility, yield, and influence, anchoring the economic and community life of Eden RWA.

Each tokenized property on Eden RWA has its own ERC-20 token, representing a real and traceable fraction of the company (SPV) that owns the asset.
- Each Real Estate Token entitles its holder to:
- A proportional share of rental income (paid in USDC)
- Voting rights on property-related decisions
- A quarterly opportunity to enjoy a one-week stay in the villa they partially own
These tokens are backed by real assets, fully liquid, and tradable on Eden RWA’s secure marketplace.
